Student voice was in full force as two groups of young people from Holte school in Birmingham were taken through their paces to prepare them for there new roles in schools.   One group formed the school council and the other group were a groups of young people supporting transition through a new peer mentoring project in school.  Both groups of students came in during their half term holiday which was a fantastic show of commitment to making a difference in school.

Both groups have now got an action plan for the year to make their ideas and come to fruition.  Miss Peterkin at the Holte school was very proud of her students and how much they had gained from participating in the training and now wants Blue Circle Training to come back to school to work with the prefects who are due to be allocated roles.
